• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Pearl Dental Lab. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4.2 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Membership discounts are applied automatically based on your tier status.

4.3 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon order placement unless Net 30 terms have been established for your account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days from receipt of complete case materials. Rush services are available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Quality Guarantee and Returns

6.1 Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If a restoration does not meet our quality standards, we will remake it at no additional charge.

6.2 Warranty: All restorations come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

6.3 Returns: Restorations may be returned for remake within 30 days of delivery if they do not fit properly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pearl Dental Lab and protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pearl Dental Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
